Join us for an unforgettable journey along the final and most iconic stage of the legendary Camino de Santiago, walking 114km from Sarria to the magnificent Santiago de Compostela through the beautiful countryside of north-west Spain.
For centuries, pilgrims from around the world have travelled "The Way" in search of adventure, reflection, friendship and personal challenge.
Completing this final section of the route earns you official pilgrim status and the coveted Camino Certificate on arrival in Santiago.
Over five days, you'll walk between 18 and 29km each day at a steady, achievable pace, carrying only a day pack while your overnight luggage is transferred between destinations. Along the route you'll collect stamps in your Camino passport and experience the unique camaraderie that makes this pilgrimage so special.
Accommodation is simple, comfortable and full of character, with evenings spent sharing stories and meals with fellow walkers. The journey culminates in the breathtaking moment of entering Santiago's famous cathedral square alongside pilgrims from across the world — an arrival few ever forget.
This expedition is organised by Supporting Nepal’s Children and participants are asked to raise a minimum of £2,000 in sponsorship to help fund vocational schools in Nepal. These schools equip young people with practical trade skills including carpentry, plumbing, welding, tailoring and electrical work, creating opportunities for employment and helping communities rebuild and thrive.
Suitable for anyone with a good level of fitness and a sense of adventure, this is more than a trek — it's a journey with purpose.
We will run a training event in the Peak District, UK on 20-22 November 2026 so you can meet the team and get all the hints, tips and good ideas to gain the most from this adventure.
The cost of a place on the expedition is approx. €1,034 (excluding flights and insurance).
