After the earthquake in April 2015, we visited a few schools in the Gorkha with our NGO The Nepal Youth Foundation who were working in conjunction with the Government to start to rebuild as many schools as possible in this area.  

 

Mandali School needed 10 classrooms urgently and together with our very generous donors in the UK, we were able to get these built and children in the classrooms within 10 months of the earthquake ensuring that the children had a safe environment to continue their education.
